Jango Internet Radio

It's difficult to discern whether Jango is more internet radio service or social network.  As a music service, discovery of new music is very straight-forward:  Create a station based on a particular artist, and Jango will add music from other users who also like that artist.  Add other artists to your station; encourage or discourage Jango from playing particular songs with a smiley-face rating system; ban specific songs and artists.

As a social network, Jango uses music as the glue to hold it together.  Eavesdrop on what other users are listening to, congratulate them for their choices, look at their submitted photos and profile information, send an IM or email, and put them on your buddies list.  Create your own profile and share your stations with others.

The player is straight-foward, but you see images of other users scrolling by and what they're currently listening to.  You can click on the artist's image to get more information about them.
