Why do you need my email address?

When you sign up for membership, we send a message to the email address you give us asking you to confirm your registration. If you ask for a new password, it gets sent to the same address.

We also use your email address to send you our monthly newsletter, which tells you when new guides are available. There is an unsubscribe link in every newsletter, so you can opt out any time.

We don't share any of your personal information with anyone.


Why do I have to become a member to watch some of your videos?

Okay, here's our deal: We'll give you free stuff if you'll let us tell you about our latest stuff. We need your email address (which we promise to keep entirely to ourselves) to stay in touch with you. Fair enough?

Your Basic Membership doesn't obligate you to anything, and you can opt out at any time.

Soon we will have Premium Membership, which will give you access to our best stuff, and we'll charge a teensy bit for that privilege.

If you sign up for Basic membership now, you're a Charter Member, and you will have the option of upgrading to Premium Membership at a reduced fee.


I can't see the video, or the video/audio won't stop playing.
We require that your computer uses the Windows, Mac, or Unix/Linux operating system.
